Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour. As a warehouse team member, your primary responsibilities will include efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, collaborating with peers, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will also be expected to engage in tasks such as inventory management, product inspection, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Organize merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process enhancements.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and management.
• Follow safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational abilities.
