1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect and consult on product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.

• Ability to lift, move, and operate powered industrial equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Must lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures.
