1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and correctly.
• Work in varying temperature environments.
