Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse activities. Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory management and counts
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
• Contribute ideas for process improvement
• Inspect products for quality and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Capability to work independently and within a team
