Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our warehouse operations at Aldi. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Our warehouse environment provides thorough training and emphasizes safety to equip our associates for success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Contribute input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Perform tasks in various warehouse environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
