Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to ensure successful store deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines to optimize warehouse space.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
