1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The role entails various responsibilities, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock.
• Strategically relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and improving warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive attitude, and resilient behaviors per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
