1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
