1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing orders, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating warehouse equipment.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
