1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The role offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. You will also collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and exchange of information. The job requires physical capabilities such as lifting up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures. Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate ALDI Acts competencies including conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency. If you are detail-oriented, have good communication skills, and can work both independently and in a team environment, we encourage you to apply. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
