Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks.
• Schedule C: Saturday and Sunday every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock.
• Relocates merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise.
• Performs general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provides input for process improvements.
• Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Acts independently within delegated responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operates equipment safely and efficiently.
• Notifies management of issues.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently required to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
