1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving and selecting incoming stock, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring timely merchandise handling. With a starting wage of $23.75 per hour, this part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
