Job Description

We are looking for a diligent 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. The role involves efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to follow instructions, and work well independently or in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming stock for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Load and unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to follow ALDI Acts competencies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
