Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock and contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, with various schedule options available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capacity to operate industrial equipment safely.
