1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and operate equipment efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team.
