1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI. As a member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and follows instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Perform various physical tasks.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
