1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock accurately and swiftly.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Contribute feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any concerns promptly.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Shows drive for success and organizational efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
• Capable of standing, bending, reaching, and operating machinery.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
