Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's dynamic team. The role involves receiving and handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires collaboration, communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
