1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This Full-Time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a competitive starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
