Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a part-time position, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and organizing incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines while operating equipment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
