1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, warehouse cleaning, inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with warehouse peers and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean warehouse, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
