1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining warehouse operations, fulfilling orders, and ensuring efficient stock management.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment; unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues promptly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and adherence to company policies.
