1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, depending on the shift schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with the warehouse team, adhering to safety guidelines, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, and positive attitude.
• Drive for success and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold environments.
