1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
