1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational excellence. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock, fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment.
