1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet our customers' needs. Our dedicated and hardworking teams operate in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for efficient operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds safely.
