1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. The position is part-time, offering fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures, including outdoor and cooler/freezer environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
