Job Description
We are looking to hire a Full-Time Warehouse Stocker for the 1st Shift at Aldi. The position offers competitive starting wages, starting at up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As part of the team, you will be responsible for fulfilling store orders efficiently, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock for store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
- Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements.
- Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
- Achieve budgeted goals with efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
- Demonstrated qualities like conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, success-driven, and efficient organization.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
- Work in varied temperatures and physically demanding environments.
