1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker. We are looking for hardworking individuals to ensure the efficient selection, relocation, sorting, loading, and unloading of merchandise in our warehouse. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a vital role in achieving warehouse goals while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
