1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in receiving, stocking, and preparing merchandise for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleaning standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and communicate with management regarding any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
