1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Work independently within the scope of responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds at varying heights.
• Move merchandise and prepare for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
