1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect product quality and safety issues
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals
• Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Organize and execute work efficiently
• Ability to interpret and apply policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place product up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movements
