1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive high-quality goods. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a competitive starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Work independently within given responsibilities.
• Help achieve budget goals and follow company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and collaboration.
• Possess a positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
