Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dedicated team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock management and order fulfillment for our stores. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with warehouse peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and goal achievement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and driven behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
