1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time team member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on shift differentials. Your main responsibility will be efficiently stocking, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill store orders. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, inventory counts, and product quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Possess organizational skills and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
