1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This position offers competitive starting wages up to $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. This role requires physical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move product up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
