1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers competitive wages and benefits. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise in the warehouse. You will also be involved in maintaining warehouse cleanliness, interacting with peers and warehouse leadership, and providing input to improve processes. The position requires working efficiently and collaboratively, and adhering to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
