1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and warehouse operations. This position offers competitive wages and benefits in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to meeting budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
