1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on shift and schedule. The selected candidate will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. Collaboration, effective communication, and adherence to company policies are essential for success in this role. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate and organize merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring warehouse safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report concerns to management.

Requirements
