1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a warehouse stocker, you will play a crucial role in receiving and organizing incoming stock efficiently, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Act independently within the delegated area of responsibility and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and team collaboration abilities.
