Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. This role involves efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to collaborate with team members, and a commitment to achieving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Handle merchandise according to guidelines for storage and shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning and inventory tasks as required.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate quality, integrity, and safety consciousness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
