1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for various tasks including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$23.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt, and drive for success.
• Organized and efficient in executing tasks.
• Good communication and arithmetic skills.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment safely.
• Varying work temperatures and physical movements.
