1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join ALDI's team. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise in the warehouse. The role requires maintaining warehouse appearance standards, conducting inventory counts, cooperating with peers and management, and ensuring product quality and safety. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable, positive attitude, and drives for success.
• Efficient, organized, and follows company standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
