1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. The work schedule options include Schedule D and Schedule B, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling store orders efficiently and maintaining warehouse operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Maintain warehouse operations comfortably in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
