1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective communication and teamwork.
• Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
