1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to upkeep warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Suggest improvements to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
