1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and appearance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk extensively.
