1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour based on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for selecting, receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently to fulfill orders. You will also participate in warehouse inventory counts, maintain warehouse appearance standards, and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate with warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
