Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This full-time position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation, and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting and moving products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
