Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments. If you are detail-oriented, capable of working both independently and in a team environment, and have excellent communication skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
